Nikki Moody

Sole Practitioner
St. Louis, Missouri

I am the founding lawyer of the Law Office of Nikki Moody and have extensive experience in criminal law.  During law school, I clerked as a research assistant to a Criminal Procedure Professor, specializing in 4th amendment law.  I also began interning at the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney's Office shortly after my first year.  After graduating from law school, I was hired as an Assistant Circuit Attorney for the Circuit Attorney's Office.  As a prosecutor, I tried hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases.  I have carried all of this experience as a prosecutor into my criminal defense practice.  The knowledge and experience gained while working in that capacity has made me uniquely qualified to serve as a zealous advocate to my clients.   I work with clients to seek the best disposition in every case, whether it be a traffic violation or a serious felony offense.  I have tried numerous cases on each side and have obtained numerous successful outcomes.

My number one priority is always getting the best result for my client, whether that be through an informed negotiation process with opposing counsel, or seeing a case through to trial.
